ORTEC TSS, a prominent player in the domain of sports analysis, also works together with InnoSportNL. This foundation is an initiative of NOC*NSF and TNO. ORTEC TSS and InnoSportNL developed the Talent Follow up System together. The most important objective of the system is the development of the sportsman. Another point of action of ORTEC TSS, to support organizations, is the creation of a knowledge tank for game and talent development to continue to develop the quality and the level of different sports.
With the Talent Follow up System, objective data of the sportsman are used by means of digital information providing. The player can see his own evolution in black and white but also national coaches and possibly game agents can benefit of the data. The coaches can adapt their training schemes to maximize the player’s development and agents can use the statistics and the images to make up a good report.
